During his career, he has worked for multiple vendors in support of mortgage and real estate services in areas including appraisal management, title, and REO asset management. David holds a BS degree in finance and an MBA from the University of Maryland.

He has negotiated and evaluated contracts with partners such as Dell, Intel, Samsung, Google, and Apple. Austin has coordinated transitions of contracts between entities after company splits.
